Schedule status reports
A weekly or monthly report by email with health, changes, vulnerabilities, compliance and end of life.
Before you begin
- You need Manage settings.
- An SMTP server the node can reach.
Open the report now
Dashboard > Open report shows the current report in the browser, for all groups or for the group chosen at the top right. Use the browser's print to save it as PDF.
The report covers network health, devices down, failed backups, config changes, vulnerabilities, upgrades, compliance and end of life.
Send it by email
- Settings > Reports.
- Under Mail server, enter the SMTP server, port, encryption (STARTTLS or SSL/TLS), user, password and the sender address.
- Under Schedule, choose Every week (and the day) or On the 1st of each month, the time, and the recipients separated by commas.
- Save, then press Send now to check it arrives.
If a scheduled send fails, the error is shown on the same page.
Notifications
Devices going down or coming back, failed backups and other events appear under the bell in Retivo. Apart from the status report, nothing is sent by email or chat yet.
